EMDR therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a specialized therapy approach that helps the brain process and heal from distressing experiences. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR works with both the mind and body to reduce emotional reactivity, shift negative beliefs, and help you feel less stuck in the past.
EMDR therapy can help with trauma, anxiety, PTSD, attachment wounds, grief, relationship challenges, and experiences that continue to affect how you think, feel, and relate to others.
If you’re feeling stuck and having trouble letting go of experiences that have happened to you, EMDR may be the right fit.
Relationship therapy…. for the individual

Relationship therapy for the individual offers a space to better understand your attachment style, communication patterns, boundaries, emotional triggers, and the ways past experiences may be influencing your current relationships.

Adolescent/teen therapy
Adolescence can be a confusing and emotional time - filled with new responsibilities, social pressures, and big changes in identity and relationships.
Teen therapy offers a safe, judgment-free space for youth to talk openly about what they’re going through, whether it’s anxiety, family conflict, self-esteem, peer relationships, or navigating life transitions.
At Kindred Counselling, we help teens build emotional awareness, healthy coping skills, and confidence to express themselves authentically.
Our approach combines evidence-based strategies with compassion and understanding — helping them feel seen, heard, and supported as they learn to manage challenges and build resilience.
Walk & Talk Therapy
Therapy doesn’t have to stay inside four walls.
Walk & Talk sessions take place outdoors, combining the benefits of movement, nature, and conversation.
It’s a gentle way to process what’s on your mind while feeling grounded in the fresh air.
