I am a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping individuals heal from past wounds, rediscover their strength, and create healthier, more fulfilling lives.

My focus is on empowering you to break free from the chains of childhood trauma, limiting beliefs, and unhealthy patterns so that you can live authentically and confidently.

Together we will work through the emotional blocks that have been holding you back, challenge the negative beliefs that limit your potential, and rebuild your sense of self-worth and agency.

ABOUT MY PERSONAL LIFE:

In my personal life, I love doing home DIY projects, thrifting, and wandering through HomeSense. I have a golden retriever I once trained as a therapy dog - though his goofy, happy energy wasn’t quite the right fit for sessions. I’m a big animal lover, and always welcome clients to bring their furry friends along if they’d like.
